How to set up security settings?

Log in to your IMBX account and hover over the profile icon. Click "Security".

Phone number

Registering your phone number

1. Click the "Configure" button in the phone number verification section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the phone number to register and the SMS verification code sent to the phone number. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.

Changing your phone number

1. Click the "Edit" button in the phone number verification section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the existing phone number and the SMS verification code sent to that number. Then, enter the new phone number and the SMS verification code sent to the new number. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Turn off your phone number

Note: To turn off your phone number, you must first register Google Authenticator. Please refer to the instructions below to register Google Authenticator.

1. Click the "Turn Off" button in the phone number verification section.
   
   
   
   
   
2.  Please read the security warning message carefully and click the "OK" button.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the phone number you want to turn off and the SMS verification code sent to that phone number. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Password

Changing your password

Note: To change your password, you must first register Google Authenticator. Please refer to the instructions below to register Google Authenticator.

1. Click the "Edit" button in the Login password section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your current password and the new password you want to set. Then, enter the SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number and the Google Authenticator code. Once the 'Confirm' button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Email

Registering your email

1. Click the "Configure" button in the Email verification section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the email address to register and enter the verification code sent to your email. Once the 'Confirm' button is activated, click it.
   
   

Changing your email

Note: To change your phone number, you must first register Google Authenticator. Please refer to the instructions below to register Google Authenticator.

2. Enter the verification code sent to your existing email address. Then, enter the new email address and the verification code sent to the new email address. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Google Authenticator

Registering your Google Authenticator

1. Click the "Configure" button in the Google Authenticator section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. If you haven't installed Google Authenticator, please first download the app on your mobile device.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Press the "Next" button, and when the QR code and Enter Key appear, open Google Authenticator.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click the "+" icon shown in the image, and add the code using either the Setup Key or QR code, as preferred.
   
          
   
   
   
5. Once the code entry is complete, click the 'Confirm' button and enter your password along with the Google Authenticator code. "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

 Unbind your Google Authenticator

1. Click the "Unbind" button in the Google Authenticator section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Please read the security warning message carefully and click the "OK" button.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number, and then enter the Google Authenticator code to disable it. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Fund password

Registering your Fund password

1. Click the "Configure" button in the Fund code section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the Fund code to set up, then enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number or email. If you have registered Google Authenticator, please also enter the code from it. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Unbind your Fund password

1. Click the "Unbind" button in the Fund code section.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Please read the security warning message carefully and click the "OK" button.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number or email, and if you have registered Google Authenticator, please enter the code from it as well. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Withdrawal whitelist

1. Click the "Enable" button in the Withdrawal whitelist section.
   
   
   
   
   2. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number or email. If you have connected Google Authenticator, please also enter the code from Google Authenticator. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
   
   

Unbind your whitdrawal whitelist

1. Click the "Disable" button in the Withdrawal whitelist section.
   
   
   
   2. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number or email. If you have connected Google Authenticator, please also enter the code from Google Authenticator. Once the "Confirm" button is enabled, click it.
